Scope of Work

1. Scanning & Digitization of Assembly: Comprehensive scanning of the assembly to capture its geometry and features.
2. Data Preparation and Confirmation for Modelling Process: Processing and validating the scanned data to ensure accuracy and readiness for the modeling phase.
3. Creation of a Detailed 3D CAD Model: Developing a high-precision 3D CAD model suitable for new manufacturing processes.
4. Quality Inspections: Conducting thorough quality checks to ensure the precision and reliability of the model.
5. Approval & Final Confirmation: Collaborating with the customer for approval and finalizing the deliverables

How the Problem was Tackled?

To tackle the challenges, we utilized Super 6DoF Technology and the expertise of our engineering team to perform high-accuracy scanning, conduct detailed analysis, and apply reverse engineering techniques to create a new 3D CAD model, followed by manufacturing new parts for improved functionality and compatibility
