Scope of Work

The project encompassed the following tasks:
1. Scanning & Digitization: Comprehensive scanning and digitization of assemblies, sub-assemblies, and individual parts.
2. Data Preparation and Confirmation: Preparing and validating data for the modeling process.
3. Creation of 3D CAD Models: Generating detailed 3D CAD models of assemblies, sub-assemblies, and individual parts.
4. Quality Inspections: Conducting rigorous quality inspections to ensure precision and accuracy.
5. Customer Approval: Securing approval and final confirmation from the customer.

How the Problem was Tackled?

The challenges were tackled using Super 6DoF Technology and a multidisciplinary team of experts. Key steps included deploying specialists across applications, design, and validation, ensuring seamless project execution. Precision and tolerance management ensured exceptional accuracy in the final designs

Impact Created

Cost Savings:

1.Conducting measurement activities on-site eliminated the need to transport physical components to other locations, significantly reducing mobility and transportation costs.
2. Substantial savings in designing and manufacturing costs, along with the elimination of expensive imports from OEMs.
3. The project contributed to India’s “Make in India” initiative, boosting local employment and reducing dependence on foreign suppliers
